The signature database can be updated in three modes: automatic online update, manual online update, and local update.
Automatic online update: Run the update schedule { ips-sdb | av-sdb | sa-sdb | ip-reputation | cnc } enable command to enable automatic signature database update and the update schedule { daily | weekly { mon | tue | wed | thu | fri | sat | sun } } time command to configure the automatic update time. After this time is due, the signature database is automatically updated.
Manual online update: Run the update online { ips-sdb | av-sdb | sa-sdb | ip-reputation | cnc } command to immediately update a signature database online.
Local update: Run the update local { ips-sdb | av-sdb | sa-sdb | ip-reputation | cnc } file file-name command to update a signature database locally. As for the file-name field, enter the full path of the signature database file on the CF card.
