Just from your personal page click on post then chose the type ( ask for help ) then write and post your question.

Regarding your question you can change OSN 500 to STM4 just click on the Sl1d board right click then choose ( change board ) then the choice Sl4d will appear to you .
After that change the SFP to STM4 .
The U2000 will ask u to make upload . That is all.
But to get the NE back to STM1 you need to clear all service then change back using a command line .so take care be sure before change
