I have Huawei eSpace 5611-F Box Camera, now I have to change IP address of the camera,
I am trying to download Huawei IPC configurator tool but it is not available on websites, anyone have that software please share the link

Hello Darani,
You can use web to change the IP
Step 1 Open Internet Explorer, enter an IPC IP address in the address box
(https://192.168.0.100 by default) and press Enter.
If the Internet Explorer displays There is a problem with this website's security
certificate, click Continue to this website(not recommended).
Step 2 Enter the UserName and Password.The default UserName is admin and the default
Password is HuaWei123.
Step 3 Click Login
Step 4 Choose Settings > Network Configuration > Network Parameters.
Step 6 Set parameters of IP address

Not yet, i tried to open camera in internet explorer but it takes too much of time and it shows failed connect, but i can ping that camera in my pc, i tried with other browsers also, same issue, some cameras ip address i dont know, how can i find out

Try to connect the IPC to your laptop directly and make the below steps

Open Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and deselect the Use SSL 2.0 under Security.

Thanks for the replay,
The problem is not solved, tried to open camera in internet explorer but it takes too much of time and it shows failed connect, but i can ping that camera in my pc, i tried with other browsers also, same issue, some cameras ip address i dont know, how can i find out
