1.14.2 Packets Entering the Tunnel:
The original packet sent by CE1 has two VLANs, with an inner VLAN of 17 and an outer VLAN of 16:
 
After receiving the packet, PE1 strips the outer VLAN and encapsulates the MPLS label and other information to PE2.
 
If PE1 receives a packet without a VLAN or a VLAN, it will discard it.
1.14.3 Packet Outbound Tunnel:
After receiving the packet sent by PE1, PE2 strips the encapsulation information such as the MPLS label, and then encapsulates the outer VLAN as the VLAN before the map configured on the port, that is, 19, and then forwards it to CE2:
 
1.14.4 Supplementary notes:
The V1R2 version does not support the VSI that is bound to the Ethernet VSI on the dual VLAN mapping sub-interface. The V1R3 version supports the V1R3.
