How can I check if my Dongle needs an upgrade?

If you want to check if your Dongle needs to update, you can find the latest version from the link below.
https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/network-energy/sdongle-pid-23826585/software
However, in the case of the normal use of the device, we do not recommend users to update themselves, because there is a risk that the update may fail and the device may not be used.

Install the Smart Dongle to the USB port on the master inverter.

You can try to install the device again to see if the issue is resolved. According to the SDongle product manual, we recommend that you use the FusionSolar APP.

It can be upgraded on the management system FusionSolar, currently manual upgrade, a month or two after the automatic upgrade will soon, so now do not worry about the upgrade.
