Don`t connect to each other

Hello everyone,


I have two ODU rtn620. One of them does not connect with the other.

Where should I look for a problem?

The TX power of both devices should be set to the same parameters. Please check whether there are interference sources near the device that cause poor signal reception.

I am sorry that I can not understand what you mean.


Can you tell me that if you have two ODUs and two RTN620s, you connect one ODU to one RNT620, and then you configure the microwave link, you find you could not create it?


If that, you are advised to check the following items: 

1. Check whether the working frequency bands of the two ODUs are the same, 

2. Re-coordinate the antennas to ensure that the received power of the ODU meets the requirement. 

For details, see the Commissioning Manual.

 We put ODUs at a distance of 10 meters from each other,

I attached screenshots with indicators to the letter. 


 One ODU transmits a signal and receives good, the other ODU only transmits a signal good.

I can not find the reason for your problem, maybe you can check the different between your two IDUs, ODUs, and antennas.
