Hello! I am using HG8145C modem and when i am trying to acess my account on website 192.168.100.1 my user and password wil b wrong how can i reset me password or access my account. Attend username and password can't working

1. Default password of logging to web management interface.

You can obtain default username and password on the product nameplate, as the following figure show.

If you cannot log in to the WebUI using the account and password on the nameplate, the following situations may occur:

1. The default password for this device has been changed.

In this case, you need to:

a. Resetting the device

b. Contact the device provider to obtain the device administrator account and password to log in to the device WebUI.


2. The device is customized by the ISP. In this case, contact the ISP to obtain the corresponding solution.


3. The device password varies to regions. Contact the local device provider and service agent.
