Does VCN support third-party DVR server backup?

The VCN3020 version is V100R002C50. Does it support?

VCN3020 supports third-party DVR server backup, but VCN3020 must be deployed as an upper-level domain, and third-party DVR should be connected to a lower –level domain VCN server. 

In that way, recordings saved in the third-party DVR can be backed up to the upper-level domain VCN3020.
