After the SMC2.0 is installed, a tool is automatically generated in the installation path. You can run the tool to collect SMC2.0 exception data.

  1. Go to the SMC2.0 installation path. The default path is D:\Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd\Tools.

  2. Right-click SMCAbnormalCollector and choose Run as administrator.

  3. After the tool is executed, a folder named after the current date is automatically generated in the directory.

  4. Double-click the folder.

    This folder contains two log files that record the SMC system logs and dump information.

  5. Double-click the two log files to view the corresponding logs and information.
