Good Day Dear Friend

High availability indicates that if an engine fails, any other engine can take over the services from the failed engine.

The SIR cluster works in the Active-Standby mode in which only one SIR engine is standby while the others are active. If the standby SIR engine fails, no active SIR engine can take over its services. In conclusion, the SIR cluster does not embody high availability.
