Does the eUDC660 Management Client support the software downgrade (OTA) for portable?

I tried to find the option to downgrade the EP820 terminal OTA from B391 version to B211 version, but unable to find.

Does the eUDC management client support the software downgrade or not? It it's not supported, how can i downgrade my EP820 terminal software version?
