I have recently updated my internet connection to optical fiber and it came with the Huawei router Echolite EG8247H5. I registered in the Huawei web in order to get the manual of the device to be able to tune it to my needs.

However, request rejected because "The equipment serial number/Contract number you provided cannot be found in the system".

I am fighting to figure out where to register as a customer and not as a company to obtain the manual of the device.

Any suggestion?
