I have been an engineer partner at Huawei for about 20 years and have received several awards.
Technically, I often refer to Hedex, which greatly facilitates my work. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the quality of Huawei's product documentation. I am extremely happy to have the opportunity to do the same.
I can’t wait to be a useful contributor to contribute and improve the quality of documents. At the same time, I am eager to learn about new technologies. Thank you for having accepted me in this group in 2018. I will contribute as much as possible!
This opportunity is very important for every member of the PDAC. In the past year I have shared my experiences, and for me the most important goal is to be a member of Huawei Org. Indeed, Huawei is a reputable company and I am proud to engage with it.
During my participation in 2018 in competitions, I won a Huawei award even though I am not a member of Huawei's staff, and received thanks from their author. I highly appreciate Huawei's strategy of recruiting new PDAC members and work with the largest number of mission participants.
Currently, I am in charge of two projects:
• LTE (New Site), which involves RRUs, GSM antennas, BBU, OSN, RTN and BTS
• MW (Micro Wave), which deals with the connection of the different nodes and includes antennas, ODUs, dispatchers, IDUs, etc.

My PDAC membership helped me add value to improve the quality and efficiency of Huawei equipment. In my company, I do not stop at my own projects. I am asked by my colleagues in other departments or companies that manage Huawei equipment deployment projects to come in and provide installation support with a high quality of service.
I aim to:
1. Listen to the client.
• Meet the requirements of the customer on the spot.
• Execute and complete all commitments to the customer with a short lead time.
• Provide clarification and update the client regarding the duration of the contract.
• Build an excellent relationship with the customer.
2. Listen to the client.
• Submit new ideas to ensure that necessary actions are taken on time.
• Propose solutions to meet requirements.
3. Ensure quality of service.
• Avoid difficult solutions that affect deadlines.
• Make clear decisions quickly to respond to requests with short turnaround times.
• Stay committed to quality standards. This is paramount.
4. Be responsible.
• Plan an achievable work program.
• Complete all queries on time.
• Define a clear work process to avoid mistakes
5. Operate as part of a team.
• Work in a team, not individually.
• Delegate activities to get more done.
• Maintain vital relationships between members.
My HPDAC membership adds value so I can make the best comments, suggest new ideas, write reports, and so on.
This platform helps me to express my expertise and to add value to my career. With my membership, I am progressing step by step.
