How to create a Post?
Method 1:
1. Click the floating icon in the lower right corner of the home page, as shown in the following image.

2.On the post editing page, click Ask for Help or Sharing to change the post type, and edit the post.

Method 2:
1. On the Forums page, choose a required section.

2. On the section page, click Post on the left, choose the post type (either Ask for Help or Sharing) and edit the post.

Method 3:
1. Click your nickname at the top.

2. Click POST and edit a post.

How to set a 'Best answer'?
After you post an 'Ask for help' post, if a user answers your question and helps you solve the problem, you can set it a best answer.

'Best answer' is set successfully.

The Status of the post will appear as 'Problem resolved'.

You can also add a HiCoins rewards when posting an 'Ask for help' post. If you have set the best answer, the corresponding HiCoins rewards will be given to the 'Best answer' user.

Usual response times for technical support?
Most of the Ask for Help posts receive an answer in about no mora than a couple of hours (or even less) and a final solution in about 48 hours.
Our Admins are keen to help you out the best they can and in the shortest way possible!
How to view the 'Best answer'?
If your answer helps someone solve his problem, and he sets your answer as the 'Best answer', you will receive a notification. You can check it in the User Center.

How to view and modify Your Profile?
Viewing your profile:
Click your nickname at the top. On the User Center page that is displayed, choose Profile and view the displayed information. Click Edit to modify the profile.

How to view system Notifications and Chats?
1. On the User Center page, choose Notifications to view system messages such as Comments & Mentions, Subscriptions and Notices, or choose Chat to view chats.

2. Click the Notifications or Chats notification icons on the top.

How to view your Posts, Replies and Approval Status?
On the User Center page, choose Posts to view your posts and replies and check the status of your posts/replies/comments and attachments.

How to view your favorite posts?
On the User Center page, choose Favorites to view the favorite posts.

How to view the Forums and Collections you have subscribed to?
On the User Center page, choose Subscriptions to view the forums and collections which you have subscribed to.

How to view Following & Followers?
On the User Center page, choose Connections to view the Following and Followers List. You can Follow more friends by clicking the Follow button.

On the User Center page, choose Invitation to copy the Invitationg link or share it with your friends via social media. You can also check the Invitation Rule or the status of invited friends here.

On the User Center page, choose My Points to view your record of getting points.
