Hi!

You can log in to the storage via the CLI mode, then enter the 'developer' mode to stop the balancing status.

Step 1. Change disk_domain pause_schedule_leveling time=<hour>

'hour means how long you want to pause the schedule'

Step 2. Change disk_domain leveling disk_domain_id=<ddID> tier_id=<tier> action=<switch>

'ddID means which disk domain you want to stop; tier_id= which disk tier to stop; action means to stop or on'

'For the above operation, you need to confirm the disk_domain's work controller which you want to stop. if you do know the disk domain's work controller, you can run these commands on all the controllers".

better to wait the disk doamin balance task finished, then start the storage version upgrade
if you don't want to wait, you can also using the commands to pause the balance task, but notice that the pause time should more than the time you need to upgrade the storage , better to set it as 24 hours.
