Discover tab doesn't show in Brazil

Hi! A week ago taking to some friends in Mexico, they showed me their medals they get in the health app...

But for my disappointment, it seems in Brazil this possibility isn't available because my health app doesn't appear the 'discover' tab they can see...

What gets me more intrigued is the fact that in the print of the official website here in Brazil I can see this option, but despite the fact I'm version 11.0.9.516 (latest) I still can't see... Why is that?

My cellphone is a moto X4...
