Disabling optical zoom of camera

Hi, all!

Good day to you!

Today I will share with you how to disable optical zoom of camera.

Issue Description

The customer needs to disable optical zoom of camera for some business needs.

CloudIVS 3000 version : V100R019C50SPC300

Handling Process

We confirmed from customer that he has X-series and M-series cameras, he added them in CloudIVS platfrom (HoloSense iClient) through SDK.
After checking we found that the customer can disable it from iClient directly better from disable it from camera itself one by one.
Log in to the iClient and choose System Management > Device Management > Main Devices then choose Video Channel > Video > Basic Settings, after that set Camera Type to Fixed camera and click Save.
As per the below image:

After that the customer can't make zoom from the cameras as per his request.
