Hello team,

After the Access Lock feature is enabled, how do I disable the Access Lock Mode in FusionAccess? Thank you.

Dear Axe,

First of all, you have obtained the administrator account and password for logging in to the PC.

Then follow the procedure:

1. Log in to the PC as the administrator user.

If you log in to the PC using a common user account, ensure that user account control (UAC) is enabled and use the administrator account and password to upgrade your operation permissions to switch the mode when enabling or disabling the Access Lock mode.

2. Click Settings in the top floating window.

The Settings window is displayed.

3. Click the Mode tab.

4. Click the Normal Mode tab. On the page that is displayed, click OK.

An alarm window is displayed.

5. Click Yes.

The PC automatically restarts. The Access Lock mode is disabled after the restart.

Thanks.
