The 10GE card cant be connected direct attach 10GE with iSCSI protocol.

Is there anything it has to be checked?

X6000 plus 10GE and 10GE in a 2600 v3 card.

You need to check if the 10GE card is FCOE mode or TOE mode . direct attach-2688199-1
