OptiXtrans:

An optical-electrical Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) transmission device designed for Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and ready for the toughest challenges of the intelligent era.
1. Optical and electrical system is integrated in one Box- like pizza Box
2. simplified deployment, from scratch to completion in just eight minutes;
3. ultra-broadband and high integration, with 48T per fiber (smooth single-fiber upgrade to 88T, sufficient for the next 10 years);
4. intelligent, proactive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) that’s AI ready.

5. All optical platform- no physical patch cords is needed to interconnect different boards whatever electrical or optical is. One steps ahead to zero touch and all optical WDM network.

Optix OSN:

It is a next-generation high-capacity, intelligent, and converged optical and packet Optical Transmission Network  platform that integrates ASON, OTN, and packet functions for 10/40/100/200/400/600/800G and beyond. It enables end-to-end OTN/WDM backbone transport solutions and implements multi-service, multi-degree, ultra- large-capacity, and fully transparent transport transmission.

Based on the industry-leading T-bit universal switching platform, the platform supports OTN, Virtual Circuit (VC) and Packet (PKT). A high level of integration and a modular design enable service access from 100 Mbit/s to 400 Gigabit Ethernet (GE), with transmission of 100G/200G/400G per lambda, which can be seamlessly expanded to 1T/2T. It is designed for the challenges brought about by the explosive growth of the cloud era.

Optical and electrical layer is separated. optix OSN product can be deployed at the backbone, metro, and access layers to foster the rapid development of all services and achieve the optimal per-bit TCO with limited site resources (such as space and power)

What needs to be corrected is that Optix OSN series products have been widely used in many countries and regions.

Dear friend!
Optixtrans series equipment is a new generation of optical communication equipment which Huawei Company withdraws from. They have greatly enhanced all-optical switching capability on the basis of OSN series devices.
Thanks!

Both system could support -
OptiXtrans system could provide up single failure(OLP)
Optix OSN system could support single/multple fiber cut protection - based on availability of fiber direction and protection mechanism(OLP,SNCP, electrical and optial ASON).

do we have any consideration of topology and device connection when we use OptiXtrans or Optix OSN

do we need physical full mesh topology ?

do we have any consideration of topology and device connection when we use OptiXtrans or Optix OSN- both s must be a matter of concern during design.

From Source to Sink- two independent fiber path is good enough. If fiber cut senario is high, then alteast 3 indendent fiber path is required.

do we need physical full mesh topology- should avoid as many connections are required- at IP layer you could consider router reflector concept.
