different qos for different users on s switch

As we know, QoS will distinguish the traffic beased on the type of the traffic, what if a lot of users access to the device, and both of them have different types of traffic, then how to configure QoS to guarantee that every user could share the same bandwidth and for the specific user, the different types of the traffic could own the different priority when forwarded by the device.

What you are talking about is HQoS. HQoS uses multiple levels of queues to further differentiate service traffic and provides uniform management and hierarchical scheduling for transmission objects such as users and services.

You can configure HQoS to accomplish this goal.
