Different between USG series and NIP

hi ,

i am confuse about NIP and USG sereis firewall device .

becasue both of device are support IPS , AV, everything.

so why we will use both device in same network.

please help me .

if you wanna use IPS function,please use NIP device,if you wanna use AV function,plsease use USG device,although both of them can support IPS/AV

NIP device also suport AV function . and USG series aslos support AV/IPS. so can i use only USG sereis for only IPS
