Differences between boards TNXXXXX and TNXMXXXX.

Hi!

I recently noticed that there are some boards which have an "M" on its model name, but in HEDEX documents there are not explanation about this.

For example these:

TN52TQX & TN5M2TQX

or

TN5M2TOM & TN52TOM

Questions are:

What this "M" means?
There are differences between a board with and withouth an "M" ?
If there are technical differences, where I can check this information ?
