Calculation formula: Number of sent bytes x 8/Unit time/Configured or actual bandwidth
For Ethernet services, the default lower threshold is 80%. Upper threshold: 90%

If the device continuously reports PORT_BW_UTILIZATION_MAX performance threshold-crossing events, port congestion may occur.

is time unit = monitoring period ?

PORT_BW_UTILIZATION indicates the port bandwidth usage in a period (5 min or 15 min or a day).

It calculation how many the current bandwidth (Mbps) or current bandwidth from max bandwidth (%), but it show it in a period (5 min or 15 min or a day).

PORT_BW_UTILIZATION_AVG = the average utilization in 5 min or 15 min or a day.
PORT_BW_UTILIZATION_MIN = the minimum utilization in 5 min or 15 min or a day.
PORT_BW_UTILIZATION_MAX = the max utilization in 5 min or 15 min or a day.
