Greetings to all,
In this post we'll talk about the difference between commands when repeated twice with the LST and again with the DSP in BTS Huawei.
LST : means values that define in configuration
DSP : means status or the way it is now (Actual degree)
the difference is more clear when we are talking about alarm Ret antenna running data mismatch
This alarm is reported when a base station detects that the tilt of a remote electrical tilting (RET) antenna is inconsistent
To ensure proper troubleshooting
1-first you should now have the degree of tilt that define in the configuration by LST RETSUBUNIT
2-second you should now have the degree of tilt status now by DSP RETSUBUNIT
We have this site that contains this alarm Ret antenna running data mismatch

1- good way first must specify the device issued

2- use command LST RETSUBUNIT to list the configuration of a remote electrical tilting (RET) subunit.
tilt degree = 70

3- Use command DSP RETSUBUNIT to query the dynamic information about a remote electrical tilting (RET) port.
Actual tilt degree = 83 and this is wrong this value must be = 70

the alarm Ret antenna running data mismatch will clear when tilt degree in LST RETSUBUNIT equal Actual tilt degree in DSP RETSUBUNIT

There are possible reasons for such a alarm
1-The configured tilt exceeds the antenna capability.
2-The RET antenna works improperly, resulting in an automatic change of the tilt angle.
3-An RET antenna reset or maintenance link disconnection results in inconsistency between the data configuration on the base station and that on the RET antenna.

thanks
