Difference between eLTE (3GPP) and eLTE (B-TRUNC)

We understand that Huawei developed solutions for radio trunking into 2 versions which are B-TRUNC and 3GPP. 3GPP was developed to make sure it complies with the international standard, while B-TRUNC was china standard.

We tried to study the network architecture of both versions. Below is the network architecture, but the question is how to differentiate the B-TRUNC and 3GPP versions?

After doing detailed study, we can conclude few things between 3GPP and B-TRUNC.

1)  B-TRUNC supported more hand-portable model compared to 3GPP.

2)  B-TRUNC will use eCN (eCNS, eSCN) while 3GPP will use eCORE for its core equipment.

3)  3GPP version must use BTS clock while B-TRUNC is not compulsory.

4)  For the OSS, 3GPP will combine both of the U2000 and the eOMC910 while B-TRUNC only use the eOMC910

5)  For other interconnection devices such as transmission network (switches, routers), PTT-mic, video decoder, and interconnection gateway can be used with either for 3GPP or B-TRUNC version
