Dial the voice on the MA5616, and "the caller has no dial tone" appears

Hi,

The caller has no dial tone, but the softswitch has assigned the number, and the MGC and voice gateway can be pinged on the 5616. What's happening here?

What is the reason? Is it the problem on the softswitch side or the ONU side?

Test result Test failed: the caller has no dial tone

Reasons for caller failure Signaling interaction abnormal: no valid tree diagram scheme (H248).
