Hello all,
We experienceed some cases where customers hasWi-Fi extendersand they ware not able to connect their residential inverters (SUN2000L / SUN2000 -US L0 version) to internet.
The issue is that if DHCP option is enabled into inverter, when a device asks for the address it should use, both DHCP services will respond (DHCP from Wi-Fi router and the one from inverter). This will "confuse" the networks and it will not allow the connection.
Our advice is to DISABLE the inverter's DHCP: go Communication configuration -> Router connection settings ->Select your Wi-Fi extender (an input password if requiers one) then Expand ->disable DHCP ->press Connect.

If doesn't work, just email to us at:eu_inverter_support@huawei.com
