Locally Logging in to the Web Page

This topic describes the data plan and procedure for logging in to the web page.

User name and password:

Default settings:

User name: user
Password: HuaweiUser

NOTE:

The common user account can be used to query the service status. For DSL home gateways that support Wi-Fi and the USB storage function, the common user account can be used to configure services such as Wi-Fi and home-sharing.
If you do not perform any operations after logging in to the system for five minutes you will exit the system and the system automatically returns to the login interface.
The system will be locked if you input incorrect user name or password three consecutive times. After one minute, it will be unlocked.
Modify the password through the web page.

CAUTION:

Please change the initial password to ensure common user account security.

How do I log in to the HUAWEI HiLink app?:

Connect your mobile device (phone or tablet) to the HUAWEI network device over Wi-Fi and then open the HUAWEI HiLink app.
For Mobile WiFi devices, the default login password is admin or whatever is written on your device's user guide.
For non-smart routers, the default login password is admin.
For smart routers, you will be directed to a login password setup page.
