This topic describes the data plan and procedure for logging in to the web page.

User name and password:

NOTE:
The common user account can be used to query the service status. For DSL home gateways that support Wi-Fi and the USB storage function, the common user account can be used to configure services such as Wi-Fi and home-sharing.
If you do not perform any operations after logging in to the system for five minutes you will exit the system and the system automatically returns to the login interface.
The system will be locked if you input incorrect user name or password three consecutive times. After one minute, it will be unlocked.
Modify the password through the web page.
CAUTION:
Please change the initial password to ensure common user account security.

For firmware，the ONT used together with the OLT at the central site. The version must match the model. If the version is incorrect, it cannot work.

For user's network security, device firmware will not be publicly downloaded. If you need to download the firmware, contact the sales channel partner to obtain the correct ONT firmware, and perform the upgrade or downgrade under the supervision of professional personnel. Otherwise, the fault cannot be rectified. Be careful when performing this operation.
