Dear customer, your product model belongs to the carrier series. To obtain the correct product firmware or software. 

If you are an ISP (Internet Service Provider),  please contact the  Carrier TAC. 

If you are a device user, please contact your ISP or device provider. 

Please note: ONT's firmware or software will not be allowed to be downloaded randomly on the website, because it will increase the risk of the product being attacked by the network and cause the user's network environment to be insecure.
