The M-LAG function does not require a license.
The dual-active detection source ip command binds an IP address to a dfs group.

Hi,
Please execute command dual-active detection source ip to specify the IPv4 address bound to a DFS group.

If you are not able to enable this command, please check whether your login account have the privilege to do that. And you can also upload the configuring screenshot.
