Hello!


This post refers to the issue of devices not running on eNSP.


I have a problem with eNSP. When running a device, it doesn't start. This is the message that is shown when the error occurs:

I tried following the instructions in the manual, but it still doesn't work.

1. Check the items listed in the eNSP manual. Check which CPU is installed on your PC; the virtualization tech for Intel and AMD CPU's are not the same.
 
Please make sure you can ping the 192.168.56.1 successfully from your local PC.

2. Check the VirtualBox version. It's recommended to install the 5.2.22 VirtualBox and make sure VirtualBox is not 6.x.x, because eNSP doesn't support the last version of VirtualBox.

3. Try re-registering the device on eNSP. For the detailed steps, please refer to the picture below:

4. If the problem still exists, please try disabling the Windows firewall and the anti-virus software and try reinstalling eNSP and start the device.

Please refer to the eNSP help documentation, FAQ > How to solve the problem of AR/WLAN start failure?Please follow the steps in the documentation to check if the configuration is faulty.
By the way, you'd better check the virtual box version, cause the ensp is not compatible with the virtual box version 6.x.it's recommended to install the verison 5.2.x

It may be due to registration of product .

I suggest you open eNSP, then click menu - tools - register devices, select AR_Base,WLAN_AC_Base,WLAN_AP_Base, click Register button, and wait for the successful information,then restart eNSP and try to start AR serials..i got the reference from other post..Please apply and confirm

I was faced this issue too and i solved it when i uninstall Oracle Virtual box and install the old one (Version 5.2.30)
