Problem Symptom
After a new device is deployed, the monitoring configuration items before deployment are still displayed on the performance monitoring page of DeviceManager.
After a performance monitoring item is configured on DeviceManager using a browser (for example, Chrome), this item still needs to be manually configured upon access on DeviceManager if another browser (for example, Firefox) is used.
After a performance monitoring item is configured on DeviceManager using a browser (for example, Chrome), this item needs to be configured again if the cookie and cache data of the browser is manually cleared.
Problem Diagnosis

Causes
Cause 1: The performance monitoring configuration items are cached on the browser. Device re-deployment does not affect the browser cache. However, the existing configuration information is read from the browser cache upon access to the performance monitoring page on DeviceManager. Therefore, the performance monitoring configuration before deployment is still displayed.
Cause 2: The performance monitoring configuration item is cached on the browser. If another browser is used, the cache information between browsers is not synchronized. Therefore, the performance monitoring item configured on the first browser cannot be viewed on the newly opened browser.
Cause 3: The performance monitoring configuration item is cached on the browser. If the browser cache is cleared, the configuration item is also cleared. Therefore, the configured performance monitoring item is not displayed after the browser cache is cleared.
Solution
Cause 1
Check whether this is the first time to log in to DeviceManager or first time to configure performance monitoring after deployment.
If yes, this problem is not involved and no further action is required.
If no, go to 2.
Clear the browser cache. For Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+Del while the browser is activated. The page for clearing historical records is displayed. Select items that you want to delete and delete them. (For Internet Explorer, select the items of Internet temporary files and cookie. For Chrome and Firefox, select the items of cookie and cache.) Log in to DeviceManager again and go to the Performance Monitoring page.
Cause 2
Check whether the performance monitoring item is configured on DeviceManager using a browser and the performance monitoring configuration is viewed using another browser.
If no, this problem is not involved and no further action is required.
If yes, go to 2.
Reconfigure the performance monitoring items on the newly opened browser.
Cause 3
Check whether the performance monitoring item is configured on DeviceManager using a browser and the cookie and cache data of the browser is manually cleared.
If no, this problem is not involved and no further action is required.
If yes, go to 2.
Reconfigure the performance monitoring item on the browser.
