Device inconsistently states "SNMP Unreachable"

We are running eSight V300R006C00SPC502 (with patch) on a Huawei RH1288H-V3 server with Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter.
Devices that are monitored via the eSight Topology View irregularly and inconsistently lose there SNMP connectivity with eSight. The color of the device then changes from green to blue. The status of the device is "SNMP Unreachable".
When rightclicking the device, leftclick Protocol Parameters, leftclick SNMP Parameters, and leftclick Apply, nine out of ten times the device turns green again within seconds. The tenth times requires repeating this sequence, maybe even a third time, but eventually it will reconnect with SNMP. This also means my custom SNMP Template is correct. If I do not manually correct the situation, and wait long enough (sometimes hours), the situation will correct itself.
Is this a timing issue? What other settings should I check in eSight, on the eSight server, or on the devices?

The eSight will check the SNMP connection every 1 hour.
If we test the snmp parameters failed , we will recognize it as "SNMP Unreachable".

I think you can test the device's SNMP parameters in eSight to check if it response ok .

Also you can sync the device in eSight to refresh the SNMP state of the deivce .

Problem still exists. This really affects the eSight functionality.
