Customer is using an AR160

Issue Description:
When customer try to save configuration on the device the following error apears.
<Huawei>save all
Warning: The current configuration will be written to the device.
Are you sure to continue?[Y/N]:y
It will take several minutes to save configuration file, please wait........
Error: Failed to save configuration, the reason: Failed to write
Troubleshoot:
1) Review the flash: of the device
<Huawei> dir
2) Review if the flash is full in the bottom of the dir as this example:
375,208 KB total available (176,784 KB free)
Root Cause:
On Dir flash: we found that file system was corrupted.

Info: The file system maybe corrupted
Solution & Suggestion:
- Reboot device. (<Huawei> reboot )
- Format the flash: (<Huawei> format flash:)
- Install the newest patch version.
If the issue persist flash has been corrupted and need to replace.
