1. Restart the device.
2. Check whether bent pins exist in the SCC slot.
3. Check whether the hardware of the new board is faulty.
Your screenshot shows that the device has an abnormal alarm during data backup, which prevents data backup.
Before replacing a board, you need to back up the data. If you back up the device, you cannot replace the board. I suggest you restore the status before the board replacement. Then, clear the related alarms on the device.
Before replacing the SCC board, check whether to clear the database of the new SCC board.
