If you want to obtain Huawei ONT firmware, please check the following method:

1. If your product is an enterprise network model. 

• Please click Enterprise Access Network to access the Access Network section of the support website of the enterprise network. All ONT products are displayed.

• Please select and click on the product model you need -->Software Download. All released software related to the product can be found here.

2. If your product is a carrier product.

• If you are an ISP (Internet Service Provider), please contact the  Carrier TAC. 

• If you are a device user, please contact your ISP or device provider.
