geting error code Failed(12211)  with details 


"An exception occurs when user rights are deleted. Please check whether firewalls are enabled in VM templates and whether the Tomcat account configured on FusionAccess has been added to the administrator rights group, and try again


where to check this error to be fixed

hello, please check the user right in the AD side,maybe it belong to another group.  Check whether the VM template is enabled and the administrators permission group of the template is added with the Tomcat account configured on FusionAccess. Then try again.


1. Log in to the ITA server to check whether the network connection with the VM is normal. If it is not normal, please locate and troubleshoot the network according to the site.
2. Log in to the VM using the account that can be logged in to the VM. Check whether the firewall of the VM is enabled. If enabled, turn off the virtual machine's firewall.
3. Check whether the ITA Tomcat account exists in the administrators permission group of the virtual machine. If not, add the ITA Tomcat account to the virtual machine's administrators permission group.

Error Code Description

The 12211 REMOVE_USER_ROLE_FAILED error code is displayed when an exception occurs when user rights are deleted during VM unassignment.

Possible Causes

  • The network between the ITA and VM is abnormal.
  • The firewall is enabled on the VM.
  • The Tomcat account of the ITA does not exist in the administrators rights group of the VM.

Troubleshooting Method

  • Log in to the ITA server, and check whether the network connection between the ITA server and VM is normal. If no, locate and rectify the network abnormality according to the actual situation on site.
  • Log in to the VM using a valid account, and check whether the firewall of the VM is enabled. If yes, disable the firewall of the VM.
  • Check whether the Tomcat account of the ITA exists in the administrators rights group of the VM. If no, add the Tomcat account of the ITA exists to the administrators rights group of the VM.
