hello, please check the user right in the AD side,maybe it belong to another group. Check whether the VM template is enabled and the administrators permission group of the template is added with the Tomcat account configured on FusionAccess. Then try again.
1. Log in to the ITA server to check whether the network connection with the VM is normal. If it is not normal, please locate and troubleshoot the network according to the site.
2. Log in to the VM using the account that can be logged in to the VM. Check whether the firewall of the VM is enabled. If enabled, turn off the virtual machine's firewall.
3. Check whether the ITA Tomcat account exists in the administrators permission group of the virtual machine. If not, add the ITA Tomcat account to the virtual machine's administrators permission group.
