Hi BetterMing, Thanks for the welcome and the links :-) I have created an installer acount with another email adress (step 2 in the linked quick gudie) but I am not able to create a plant, i get a fault message when i trie that says that the inverter is already conected to a plant (step 3 in the linked quick gudie). (I can acces the inverter as described in step 4 senarion 2 in the linked quick gudie) Is there some way that I can get the plant into my installer acount?

Hello, Klabe. I just contacted the engineer. The reason for the error is that your inverter has been connected to your previous power station. You need to unbind it before you can bind it to your newly created installer account. I provide you with contact information about the Huawei inverter team.
