I have problems with users and the HS8145C modem password, the IP that I received is 192.168.1.1/24 what is the user and password?

Hello, friend!


For the default user name and password, see the nameplate on the rear of the device.


Factory default value:

IP address: 192.168.1.1

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Set the IP address to be in the same network segment as the LAN IP address of the ONT.

For example:

IP address: 192.168.1.100

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0


Use a network cable to connect the LAN port of the ONT to the PC.

Enter http://192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1 is the default IP address of the ONT) in the address box of the browser, and press Enter. The login page is displayed.


Obtain the administrator account and password from the carrier.

If the login fails, the password of the default account is changed.
I'm sorry. We have no direct contact with the carrier's devices and cannot obtain the administrator account and password.
Contact the ISP to obtain the value.
