Dear friend!
The default user name and password are usually found on the nameplate on the back of the device.
After setting the IP address of the local PC, you can ping test (the IP of the local PC must be in the same network segment as the device)
If you can't Ping successfully, it is possible that your device has been restricted by the local telecom company. Or the default password has been changed.
You need to contact your telecom provider or device provider for confirmation.
