You can put as a conditional route your directly connected network with ISP :)
This route will be matched as long as you have the direct link is UP.
But, if you want more precise control (sometimes, your upstream ISP may lose the its own upstream peering connections) you can select the most stable networks in the internet, Like Facebook and Google and use for conditional matching, if these routes are lost from your Routing table, it mostly means that your upstream also lost it, and it’s time to withdraw your
0.0.0.0/0 advertisement.
