Hi, there.


Can someone help, I use my Router I.P address: http://192.168.18.1/

I'm using my router default password:

  • Default Username：Epuser

  • Default Password：userEp


I still can't log in.


Can someone help? Thanks.

  • Other Series

    The default user name and password for common users are:

    • V300R016C10 and before: root and admin, respectively.

    • V300R017C00 and later: root and adminHW, respectively.

The login account configured on the EG8145V5 web page is Epuser and the password is userEp. If you can't log in, it may have been changed. If you are a user of the device, you can restore the device to its factory settings. If the problem persists, please contact your device supplier.
Note: After factory settings are restored, all configuration data will be lost. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

I have tried the router default password:
