Solution
VTL6000 V100R003
As for the VTL and the HA VTL, the default Fibre Channel port mode is LOOP.

As for the All In One and the HA VTL with SIR, the default Fibre Channel port mode is P2P.
VTL6900 V100R005
The default Fibre Channel port mode is LOOP.
