I have a DEC6108,but i can't add it on the IVS client ,please help.

Dear user,

1. Please confirm whether the business password has changed. You can change it by doing the following:

a) log in to the decoder web;

b) choose Change the password (the top right corner of the web page), then you will see change in the business password.

2. Please feed back the version of the VCN and decoder; we will check if it matches.

1) In the login page of the C/S client, enter the User name, Password and Server IP address, and then click log in, the Workspace tab page is displayed.
NOTE:
Set Server IP address to the IP address of the VCN.

2) In the Service Operation panel on the left of the Workspace tab page, double-click Video Wall, as shown in Figure 1.

3)Add decoder. In the Decoder List panel on the Video Wall tab page, click to access the page for adding decoders.

NOTE:
A decoder can register with only C/S client. Therefore, before adding the decoder to the C/S client, ensure that the decoder is not added to other C/S clients. If the decoder has been added to another C/S client, the decoder cannot be added on this C/S client.

4) Optional: Configure the decoder

If the VCN platform fails to connect to the DEC, the possible causes are as follows:


1. The user name and password are incorrect.


2. If the VCN version does not match the DEC6108 version, upgrade the software version of the VCN version to that of the DEC6108 version.
