Decoder polling image switching delay
【Problem Description】：
Decoder polling image switching delay.
When the image switch to the next image, The screen will be gray for about 3 seconds.
Product type:DEC6108
Version:v100R002C30SPC201.
【Problem Analysis】：
1. Mode problem with the decoder.
2. The problem of the image processing by the splicer.
Steps:
1. we login the VCN server try to ping the camera;
2. The image output of the direct decoder output.
【Root Cause】：
Network problem.
【Solution Description】：
1. When we tried to ping the camera , the screen display DUP!.
We check this issue, and ask the network to help .
2. This is a bug in the switch. After the network team fixed the problem, there was no delay in polling the video.
