DEC6108 Video Wall having the error 'Reached the maximum capacity of decoder'

Problem description

The DEC6108 one channel video wall is unable to support 16 virtual channels and will report the error 'Reached the maximum capacity of decoder'.

Problem analysis

The customer is using the 1080P resolution, which is too high.

Root cause

For the 1080P resolution, one channel can just support 8 virtual channels. Need to downgrade the resolution.

Solution

Downgrade the resolution to 720P.
