Problem description
The GE port of DEC6108 not functioning and unable to ping.
Problem analysis
1. Connect the serial cable to the DEC6108 to look for the IP address. It is suspected that the IP address has changed, since there is no problem with the hardware.
2. Then, run command ifconfig –a.
From the above screenshoot, you would be able to get the correct IP address of the device.
Solution description
From the ifconfig command, manage to get the correct IP address and can login to webpage via the IP address.
