DEC6001-E Failed to Register With the IVS Platform

This fault may occur on DEC6001-E high definition (HD) decoder.

Symptom

DEC6001-E failed to register with the eSpace IVS V100R001C02.

Possible Causes

The firewall of the operating system is not disabled.

Solution

1. Choose Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and disable the firewall.
2. Check whether the fault is rectified.
   • If yes, the procedure ends.
   • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
